While the spotlight and camera lens are capturing the moment on the stage, it’s all too easy to forget the other key ingredient in making the magic happen – the audience. Sometimes a great performer will have the audience responding as a unified whole, other times it comes down to a unique moment between the performer and a single fan. Sometimes the line gets blurred when an artists enters the world of the crowd! It’s this ever changing dynamic that adds to the challenge and the thrill of live performance photography.
